The annuity owner will receive a policy anniversary statement and a year-end statement. Additional statements can be requested at any time by contacting our Client Service Center at 1-800-926-7599, ext. 660. Please note we do not send copies of the statements to the agent; however, account information is available in this Agent Resource Center.
