How often are server backups performed?
For all managed services and Level 3 Managed Servers, server backups are performed every 6 hours with a 6 month rotating archive. All data is stored to a separate and secure geographical off-site location. We believe that in Information Technology that the phrase, “You are only as good as your last backup.”, is a tried and true occurrence. Your data will always be available as guaranteed by our SLA.
