How often are Rapid Scheduling (“Auto Scheduling”) assignments created?
Assignments are made nightly for the next month in advance. So, the first time it starts scheduling, a team member assigned to an every week occurence will get 4 (or possibly 5 if the month has 5 occurences of the event) assignments for the next month. Then, they will get an email the next week for the next upcoming assignment. This keeps assignments on a team member’s calendar at least a month in advance to allow time for their response.
