How often are orders synced between Premium Stores and CA Complete?
Currently, store orders are synced every hour between Premium Stores and CA Complete. If your Premium Stores orders are not being displayed on the Sales > Orders/Transactions > All Sales page of CA Complete, please check your order sync settings in the Premium Stores setup wizard. To do this: 1. Log in to your CA Complete account and go to the Stores > Premium Stores > Setup menu. 2. Click on your Store Name to open the Premium Stores setup wizard or “Create A New Web Store” if you have not yet run through the setup wizard for Premium Stores. 3. Click on the “Orders” tab of the setup wizard. On this tab, be sure the “Allow ChannelAdvisor Complete to import orders from my Premium Web Store” option is selected under the “Enable Order Integration” section.
