How often are individual members contacted for market research or anything else in a given time period?
As mentioned earlier, each member is given a courtesy call updating profile every 3 months, additionally; they may be contacted twice a month for a survey but not more than 12 times a year. Prior to survey assignment, members are contacted to give them a heads-up/screening call and they are also given a reminder call if they have not completed an assigned survey in a given time period.
