Generally, an IEP meeting is held annually to review the students progress. A triennial review is held every three years to determine continued elgibility for special education services. However, an IEP meeting or addendum meeting can be held when changes are necessary such as addition or deletion of services, implement a behavior support plan and change of placement. Parents may also submit a written request for an IEP meeting at anytime.
