How often are homestays and shared apartments inspected?

We normally visit our homestays and shared apartments every 6 months. We will do surprise visits from time to time. Both the guests and the hosts obtain a copy of the guidelines governing the relationship between us and them. We invite the guests to call us immediately should there be any breach of the agreement. We usually speak to the guests several times during their stay so as to get sufficient feedback and ensure a pleasant stay.
