How often are feeds updated?
Update rate depends on how often the source actually changes. If the spider finds nothing new it gradually reduces the update rate, sometime to as low as once a day. Most sources are updated once an hour though. Then there’s your RSS file. That is updated once an hour also. So when the the source changes, it can be up to an hour before our spider see it and up to another hour before your RSS feed changes.
