Data will be collected on a semi-annual basis. For the LHRP, hospital scores are based on two quarters worth of data. The January 2007 release is based on the 1st and 2nd quarters of the previous year and the July 2007 release is based on the 3rd and 4th quarters of the previous year. The Horizon BCBSNJ Hospital Recognition Program will be based on the most recent information on the CMS Web site data collected in January and July of each year. Financial recognition will be provided on an annual basis.
