How often are Accounts Payable checks written and how much notice to you need to process the check request ?

A. For the most part, checks are written twice a week; Tuesday’s and Friday’s (at the System’s Office). We have Friday and Monday to enter items for Tuesday’s check run and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for Friday’s run.
