How often and when are elections for principle members held?
The Block Association has been dormant for several years. It was awakened by its former president, Aaron Biller, when the homeless shelter on 94th Street was opened. Right now it’s a rather loosely organized group and is concentrating its efforts on dealing with that problem. When the dust settles a little, we’ll be better able to answer this question.
