How often and in what manner is an auction conducted?
We conduct an auction once per year, usually in mid March of each year. The County Tax Collector has the option to conduct an auction once per every two years, however Tulare County Tax Collector has not exercised that option yet. This year for the first time, Tulare County Tax Collector’s Tax-Defaulted Auction will be held online. We are looking forward to this new experience, and hope to servce the public effectively.
