The vegetables they use is just like any vegetable you buy at the supermarket, but they’re just shredded or sliced for convenicence (e.g. letter and cucumber/tomatoe) The best way to lose weight is to eat a balanced diet but consume less calories then your daily expenditure. Also, try and incorporate some exercise as this can increase your basal metabolism. The reason why most people fail dieting is because they restrict themselves so much and eat really horrible/bland food. So they give up and start binge eating!!
