How netocracy could be heterarchical society while all known society so far have been hierarchical?
The structure of evolving systems is proportionate to its complicity. The simpler systems are hierarchical, most complicated systems like Universe, human brain and macro-economy are heterarchical. Humanity as an evolving system is example of gradual transition from hierarchy to heterarchy. From tribal lieder to absolute monarch, society elaborate clear hierarchy. French revolution has destroyed existing feudal hierarchy and more complicated society based on democratic principles emerges. In modern society hierarchy still exist based on control of resources, but emerging heterarchy is visible macro-economy. Nowadays society is in transition from remaining hierarchy to heterarchy, from democracy to netocracy. This is dramatic transition. Existing financial elite makes attempts to secure current privileges for themselves and gradually replace democracy with corporatocracy.
