The all around normal is 120/80. But nobody is perfect and not everybody is at that. Anywhere between 105-140 for your systole is normal though and for diastole anywhere from 50-90 is good. Your systole is a bit high and can be lowered by eating a healthy diet, drinking water, exercising, and less stress. Also, talk with your doctor about what your baseline BP should be at. Everybody is different depending on lifestyle and family history. No matter what though, at 15 your BP is definitely too high but you’re still young to turn that around. My normal BP is 110/60 and I’m about 10 years older, however when I’m under the weather or stressed out it jumps to about 135/80. So chill out a bit and cut down the junk food and you should be good. If not, find out from your doctor what else you can do.
