How my accumulated points under the previous scheme have been converted into miles?

Your balance of existing points is a cumulation of all points earned on your travel by sector net of points which have been redeemed (used for awards). For the purpose of redemption, the first in and first out principle (FIFO) has been used, that is, accumulated points earned first have been used for any award. Your balance of points have been converted into miles as per the direct mapping by sector. For remaining points, if any, on a given sector only, the points have been converted into an equal number of miles. Please click here for an illustration.
