I will be getting out of the military in February of 09 and I need some kind of insurance to cover counseling sessions. mental health insurance Best answer: Answer by Angela well if you are poor enough they could do a sliding scale pay rate for you or the college you are going to will have student insurance but you will have to use their factilites, the miltary should also be able to do something for you.
