How much would it cost to hire a wedding planner?

Depending on what you want the Day Of Coordinator to do is how the planner should price but I know that isn’t always the case. As a planner myself, I charge a flat fee ranging from $300-$1500. A wide range I know but sometimes brides haven’t done everything they thought they have and when you call on who you know, it can help in a pinch. Normally, I end up charging $300-$500 because of the vendors, time line, venue personnel (they usually don’t like working with a planner). I also have found that if there is something that I can help do that isn’t going to cost anything, I am more than happy to give the newlyweds a check in an envelope at the end of the evening. A small thank you for a job well done when a DIY bride does everything herself. It’s happens more than not!

I’m not sure how much a wedding planner would cost as I planned my own wedding. I also do not believe that they will just work for the day of the wedding as I am pretty sure you sign a contract and they are they for all the wedding planning. Honestly, like I said I planned my wedding myself and everything went perfectly. The only thing I had to do was make the decisions and the hall made sure everything was there and ready for us. Good luck.
