Your hair would have to be coloured either two weeks before or two or more weeks after the perm depending on the condition of your hair. Average price for an all over colour is around £40. Spiral perms are expensive in the cheapest of salons they generally start at £60 but can go to being a lot more expensive. Spiral perms also take a ruddy long time to do!
