How much would it cost to bind a book for my friend?
The only thing I can suggest is that you go to Kinko’s or Office Max or someplace that makes copies. They can do some basic binding. I don’t know if you could get hard cover, though. To get one volume printed and bound professionally would be hugely expensive. It would have to be hand-done. Publishers generally do not even bother to print and bind fewer than about 5,000 copies of a book because it’s just not worth it.
