Hello, If you do not already have a windows cd key you will also need to buy a cd key also known as a licence. The disk is about £5 and the licence is about £60 but this depends on the version of windows operating system you purchase. Reinstalling windows known as reformatting will install a complete new fresh copy of windows operating system on your system, this will fix your ntldr problem. It will how ever not restore your hard drive, it will install a new operating system but your data such as my documents will be gone, you can how ever install software which will attempt to recovery deleted data. Most people do not no this but after a complete reformat it is still possible to receovery any lost data.
