Hi you could actually walk from the Thistle Hotel to the NIA, it is well signposted and should take aprroximately 10-15 mins. If not a taxi should be about £5.00 to £7.00. The NIA is situated in a very busy part of the City Centre on Broad Street. I would recommend the Mailbox for fantastic restaurants and wine bars most of them overlooking the canals of Birmingham. There are plenty of bars and clubs on Broad Street too.
