How much would a parrot cost?
Depends on what parrot you want. I have an African Grey and he cost me £650 pounds, he was 18wks old and hand reared so he was tame. The cage prices vary depending on the size, so any thing from around £150, the bigger the cage you can afford and have room for the better, especially if the parrot will spend a lot of time in it, they need room to spread their wings, and need lots of toys to keep them occupied, if they get bored they can start feather plucking. Mine has lots of toys hanging in his cage and uses them like a jungle gym, he swings along them. So it’s not just the price of the parrot, it’s all the other things as well that you need to take into account.
