How much will treatment cost?
Treatment costs can best be determined after a thorough check-up. After we have a chance to diagnose your dental condition, we will provide you an estimate for recommended treatment. If your dental examine shows no problems, you will only pay for the cleaning costs. We can help you get the most out of your insurance as well by assisting you in completing the necessary claim forms.
Every treatment plan is unique, just like the patients we create them for. We can’t tell you what your treatment will cost until Dr. Siegel has completed a thorough examination and designed a custom plan for your smile. At that time, we will provide a detailed description of proposed therapy with pricing information.
At my office, treatment fees vary according to the severity of the malocclusion (imperfect bite) and the estimated length of time required for correction. Some individuals with very limited treatment needs can be treated for a few hundred dollars, while others with extensive treatment needs can expect a fee of several thousand dollars. Estimates of treatment fees are given at the initial examination. There is no fee for the initial examination (except individuals whose examination is specific for a TMJ disorder) and there is no obligation to pursue any recommended treatment. Interest-free payment plans are offered for most treatments.
The investment depends on what type of brace you choose to use, the length of time your treatment will take and how complicated your treatment is. One of our experienced treatment coordinators can usually give you a guide on the phone once you have given us some details about how we can help you. At your first appointment the exact investment for each suitable treatment will be outlined and we will help you choose the treatment that best suits you. Occasionally, for more complex treatments, a second planning visit is needed to finalise your treatment plan. We have a variety of payment options which can spread your financial commitment throughout the time that you are receiving the treatment.
