How much will the services provided by CareMax cost me?
The cost will vary depending on your insurance coverage. Medicare, for example, covers 80 percent of the cost of most approved services. There are certain medical requirements that must be met for your services to be covered. Your co-pays are listed for you on the Assignment of Benefits form that you received when you started your services with CareMax. If you have a secondary or supplemental insurance, you may have little or no out-of-pocket costs. If you have any questions, contact your local CareMax branch and they will be happy to assist you.
