How much will the New Homes EnerGuide Rating evaluation cost?
The cost of the evaluation is usually between $450 and$500. Efficiency NB will subsidize up to 50% the cost of a New Home EnerGuide Rating up to a maximum of $250 when you submit your completed application form. To apply for the New Homes EnerGuide Rating Service Rebate, a homeowner or builder must provide an original or a copy of the receipt rendered by the Licensed New Home EnerGuide Rating Service Provider. *Note: Rebate is only eligible with receipts dated February 10th, 2009 or later.
