How much will the lecture cost?
To bring an FFL speaker to your campus, you will be responsible for her honorarium, which includes all travel/hotel expenses and educational materials. You will also be responsible for the cost of placing an ad in your campus newspaper before the lecture. A general budget of $2000-5000 is suggested, depending on the speaker you book. For amounts specific to your school and speaker request, contact the College Outreach Coordinator at coordinator@ffloncampus.org. You will want to petition your college or university for the necessary funds to bring an FFL speaker to campus, so make sure you start planning your event in plenty of time to apply for school funding.
