How much will the condominium homes cost?

The 52 condominiums will range in price from $400,000 to $700,000 and the 30 age restricted homes will range from $350,000 to $450,000. 8 of the age restricted homes will be affordable and be offered for approximately $150,000. It is important to note that these are general estimates and actual pricing could differ once the Village is completed.
