How much will the building cost TIFFG? Does that include the price of Festival Tower?
The capital cost of Bell Lightbox is $129 million. The total campaign goal of the building is $196 million, which includes the capital cost, $23 million in endowment and $44 million in operating costs. This does not include the costs to develop and build Festival Tower, which will be covered by KJFC. To this date, $133 million has been raised towards the campaign goal, including contributions of $25 million each from the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario. Of the capital goal of $129 million, $104 million has been raised (80% of capital).
