Email support is provided free of charge, even during your trial period. We guarantee a response within 24 hours, although most of our inquiries receive a response within an hour. New releases of AdminiTrack are also free. Smaller releases occur frequently in response to minor updates and code corrections, while larger feature releases occur once they are tested and ready for production use. Our system engineers are also notified anytime an application code error occurs. This means our code issues are often resolved without any reporting by our subscribers.
