How much will my pay be reduced under the voluntary pay reduction program?
Pay will be reduced in the same manner and amount as you would otherwise incur under the current mandatory furlough program. Thus, an employee’s pay will be reduced in an amount equivalent to one (1) work day per month for four (4) months for employees otherwise required to take four (4) furlough days or two (2) work days per month for five (5) months for Executive Group members otherwise required to take 10 furlough days under the mandatory furlough program.
