Why? because you con cross i.e. go across the Panama Canal through the bridge of the americas and it would be free except for whatever little gasoline your motorcycle consumes in the crossing (some 800 meters on the bridge) plus depreciation of your material asset (the motorcycle). That is the most accurate answer to your question as it has been posted. Now, if you had asked how much it would cost to cross Panama along the Panama Canal then that is a totally different cookie. But also would make no sense because you can also do it by road on the motorcycle.
