How much will it cost to replaster my flat?

The materials won’t cost very much but the labour will. My dad was charged £800 to have the bathroom plastered and £500 to have the front room ceiling plastered. I know a plasterer and i’ve seen the size of bills he’s sent out. I’d take a guess and say about 4 to 5 thousand pound.
