How much will it cost to redesignate/subdivide my land?
Redesignation and Subdivision application fees are, in part, determined on the basis of the number of newly created lots that are being proposed by the application, and/or the type of redesignation application. There are other fees associated with subdivision applications (such as the appraisal fee and an “appeal” deposit) which may apply.
