How much will it cost to redesignate/subdivide my land?
Redesignation and Subdivision application fees are, in part, determined on the basis of the number of newly created lots that are being proposed by the application, and/or the type of redesignation application. There are other fees associated with subdivision applications (such as the appraisal fee and an “appeal” deposit) which may apply. Please consult the Master Rates Bylaw or the Planning Services Fee Schedule located on the “Forms” page under Planning, Development and Building Services.
