How much will it cost to implement Kuali Student?
Kuali Student will be available as Open Source and has no associated licensing fees. The cost to implement will be institution specific depending on which components you adopt and your existing infrastructure. The Founding institutions will be implementing the modules as they are developed and will be sharing their experience with others. Like any implementation of this size and with such a radical new vision for student service delivery, the costs will be substantial and felt through the institution. For example, one of the founder institutions is budgeting at least $1M per year for four years to implement Kuali Student.
