How much will it cost to become a part of the UU House community?
There is a one-time entrance fee of $10,000 (discounts are available for couples). Residents of Priestley House pay approximately $3,000 to $4,000 per month depending on their room. Residents of Rush House pay approximately $6,300 to $7,600 per month for a semi-private room and $8,000 to $9,300 per month for a private room. If you qualify for coverage under Medicare or your managed care plan, we will bill your insurances.
