The cost of the additional functionality will be met centrally by the DH (as for the existing ESR solution) meaning there will be no cost to local NHS organisations. Central team support for implementing the additional functionality will be provided through the existing ESR Operation and Benefits team (http://www.esrsolution.co.uk/contact/). Any other local costs that an organisation may incur (resources to implement/promote, hosting costs etc) will be met locally.
