Usually all of the net disposable income of the debtor and the debtor’s spouse for a period of three to five years must be paid to the chapter 13 trustee. Net disposable income is income received by the debtor and his or her spouse that is that amount of income over and above what is not reasonably necessary for the support of the debtor and the debtors dependents.
