How much will an aviation maintenance technician make when hired?
An A&P technician, with no experience fresh out of school with A&P certification, can expect to earn on an average $13 to $15 an hour. This also depends on the company you work for but with a willingness to learn you can earn up to the mid twenty plus dollars an hour within a few years of gaining experience. Higher paid management and supervisory opportunities exist for an individual with a willingness to take on additional duties and responsibilities.
