You probably could get one at that price, but it wouldn’t be good. In the UK decent tattooists charge a minimum of £60 per hour and for a good quality, medium sized tattoo you should be thinking 3 hours work minimum. If money is your main concern, then you shouldn’t really be thinking of a tattoo. Best advice: save up until you have a couple of hundred quid and in the meantime do some research int the tattooists in your area, then ask them to quote you. This way you will know exactly how much it will cost and how long it’ll take. If you spend £60 on a mid-sized tat you WILL regret it a few years down the line. Good luck.
It depends on the size, color, time etc. Most tattoo parlors charge by the hour, but some still charge by the tattoo. the best thing to do is go to a parlor and see one you like, or take a sample of one you like and get a quote from different shops. I have a rather large one on my arm with a lot of color (5x 7) and it cost me $170, and it’s probably the biggest one I have, but some don’t even open up the ink for under $75. Just remember to be nice and not a jerk, because some will charge you more if you are cocky.
