I doubt you will find any plumber who will do it for less than $100. And very few will tell you how much they charge here on the internet. They will tell you to call your local plumber. But the local plumber likely will tell you that he has to come to give you the price. They charge 50-100 for service call if you do not hire them for the job. So be careful when calling plumbers. They will rip you off if you give them a chance. Handyman may be a better (cheaper) option.
