How much weight will i lose if i only eat vegetables for 1 week?
well…. the fortunate thing for human beings… is… the more you weight, the more little effort is required to lose weight, due to body trying to balance things out…. so it really depends on your body condition, and how your body genetically functions… but basically… consuming around 500~1000 should help you lose weight…. but to answer your question, it depends on the vegetable… corns and potato might not help…
You didn’t say how much you weigh, so it’s hard to say. Maybe 3-10 lbs. I’m guessing you are young. The weight you lose will probably come right back on when you resume normal eating. Fad diets don’t work for long, but lots of people think they will lose weight on them and never regain. When I was a teenager I did weird stuff like only drink orange juice and eat tomato soup for a month. I did lose weight, but once I started eating I regained it. If you are going to try to live on vegetables for a while, add some protein like eggs or cheese. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, then make out a balanced diet plan that you can integrate into your normal way of living. The more slowly you lose, the less likely you are to gain it back.
