How much weight will I lose at FitStart?
A. This is entirely up to you and how much effort you put in whilst you are with us. By guiding you through six or seven hours of exercise each day and by feeding you highly nutritious, but calorie limited, meals we will effectively be putting you into a calorie defecit each day. This means that you will be burning ALL of the calories we feed you each day AS WELL as the many more calories you have stored in your body as fat. You cannot fail to lose a substantial amount of weight whilst you are with us if you really work at the exercise programme as hard as you can. On this programme you could lose as little at five pounds but as much as twenty pounds in just one week – safely and naturally.
