Payload capacity is 10 lbs at sea level for the 18 foot 2 Ply blimp. Higher altitudes reduce payload capacity (not significantly however). The weight of the Pan Tilt Unit, Rebel camera, video, film and batteries weighs about 6.1 pounds for wireless and 4 pounds for wired. The SkyDoc Balloon is sized for no wind conditions and the payload it must carry. With any wind, it will generate more lift and weight is not a problem.
