How much weight can I lose on the Thermojetics Weight-Management Programs?
Weight-loss rates vary greatly from person to person. If you have 40 to 50 pounds or more to lose, you may lose five to 10 pounds in the first week, whereas someone needing to lose 20 to 30 pounds will generally lose less initially, in the range of two to five pounds. Weight loss is usually faster on a low carbohydrate plan such as our Thermojetics Gold/HPLC Program (about two to four pounds a week), compared to meal-replacement plans such as our Thermojetics Total Control Program (typically one to two pounds a week).
