How much weight can i lose on a 14 day water fast?
I dont know how much weight you will lose probably 8-10 lbs but you will gain more back then you lost when you start eating. Instead of starving for 14 days just take 8-10 of those days to do some 30 minutes of walking are running eat about 1200-1500 with little fat and carbs and do as many crunches as you can 2 times when you get up and 2 times before bed. You will definetly lost 5+lbs and if will give you some tone so it will look like you lost even more. That will get you a lot farther than your water fast will.
