How much weight can I lose in Navy boot camp?
Boot camp shouldn’t be about losing a certain amount of weight, although you will lose weight. Of course, make sure you are doing your push-ups to standard (I don’t know how stringent they are in the Navy, but at USMA they get on your a** about it). You should be focused on your body fat %, not necessarily your weight in pounds. Also, work on STAYING AWAKE! It’s tough, but it’s necessary. You’ll be exhausted and you’ll be in class, and you will have the strong urge to doze off…don’t do it.
