Porcelana is the most expensive solid eating chocolate in the world in limited supply at between $65 and $85 per pound retail. Made by Amedei of Tuscany, Italy, founded by brother and sister Cecilia and Alessio Tessieri in 1990. The Chuao made by Amedei is also in limited production and the couverture has got to be the most expensive in the world, too, at between $43 and $52 pound.
