How much urgency is there right now given that to name a permanent CIA director right now?

I deal with follow-up and response to terrorism threat information every day all day, and I can assure you, while it is — it’s sort of obvious that leadership of the intelligence community is important, the men and women of the CIA, FBI and Department of Homeland Security work diligently against that threat every single day.
