Vanderbilt travels extensively to both district and national tournaments. Individual debaters average 2-4 tournaments a semester. Vanderbilt pays for all entry fees, travel expenses, and housing during tournaments. Additionally, a food stipend is provided. We travel to exciting places like Washington, D. C., California, Atlanta, Chicago, New York, and St. Louis.
